I can see the light at the end of the tunnel because it’s the end of February finally. Which means we are closer to the end of Pisces season, end of the month, end of winter, and hopefully the end of suffering. Big shout out to the end of the Mars Retrograde as well. I think I did very well not crashing out on many people and we should all be more grateful for that.
Let’s bask in this one week of no planets in retrograde. Let’s also thank music for saving this week because there was too much going on at work and a lot in my brain. Listening to music and actually going out to dance, saved the W E E K. HIGHKEY.

Is it so wrong I been thinkin’ ‘bout you all day, yesterday, and today and tomorrow. If you catch me dreamily humming anytime soon it is very likely I am humming this song. I have been with BlackPink since debut so it’s been fun to see their personal projects. I haven’t really done a deep dive on Rosé’s so I thank my Spotify algorithm for this one. I just love any song about a crush. Especially juxtaposing dreamy airy lyrics and vocals with a beat you can dance to. I am addicted.
ExtraL by Jennie ft Doechii
It has Doechii so immediately, well, yes! GIMME CUNT, LEMME SERVE! This was unexpected to say the least. And I was worried very much about the production of what this song would be, along with how Jennie would hold her own with Doechii. Needless to say this song has been on loop. It’s great for the stair machine at the gym. I think this will end up in my top for the year. Attitude, so don’t start shit.

Yeah I will always love an absolutely cunty pop banger and this is that! Adéla was on Dream Academy! At first I was like who tf is this and why don’t I know her. So, thanks again random Spotify suggestion. I image it came from my listening to specifically Tate McRae and Kpop. This is clearly commentary on the pop/celebrity industry. And fortunately [unfortunately?] it is a dance banger.

This song is nasty. Same. I love it hahaha. “He pulls out, he needs some time so he tells me to ride his..Mouth to mouth like you need resuscitation.” Girl I GASPED. And then immediately began shaking ass once again. This is just a song you want playing when you’re about to fog up some windows, and I respect that!

I feel like if you were a Rilo Kiley fan back in the day this song will scratch your brain the way it did mine. This song is trippy, weird, and funky and all about becoming the idealized version of yourself. It gives the feel of being abducted by aliens and getting a lobotomy [in a good way]. The finally hook/chorus really takes you on that journey as they dirty up and reverb the bass.
Soft [Unlocked] by FLO ft Chlöe and Halle
I did say this is the year for me to publicly be the soft guy I really am so let us all say thank you to FLO for the anthem. The way that Candy Gum is nasty this song offers the sensuality—filled with innuendo. I have seen FLO every time they have come to the USA and have been a fan since their debut so it’s hard for me to not like a song they release. The addition of Chlöe and Halle really add the sex appeal!
